Unless someone wants to invest another million dollars getting this vintage aircraft flightworthy again it will never fly again.
Bid $50K ($20K would be more reasonable) and then close off the cockpit and sell tour tickets where it sits. Roswell gets plenty of tourist from the alien/UFO crowd. It might make money.

I would say the cockpit pales in comparison to engine issues. I wonder if anyone is doing a 2 engine fan conversion to a jetstar to replace the gas guzzling four original engines? If it is to fly again it will cost a bundle.
