Brilliant!
I would make one word change -- substituting "fiery" for "dogged" to suggest the Sun. We refer to the "dog days" of summer as the hottest of the season, but that sounds more lethargic.
Shall I compare Free Republic to a summers day?
Thy Rascal Writers are more fiery and intemperate.
Rough winds do swirl the Snowflakes of January,
And Novembers lease on Victory hath all too short a date.
Sometime too hot the eye of Fake News shines,
And often is Freedoms complexion dimmed;
And every Founding Fathers Creed sometime declines,
By Fraud, or Corruptions changing course, untrimmed;
But FRs eternal commentary shall not fade,
Nor Patriots lose possession of the Rights theyre owst,
Nor shall Censorship brag thou wandrest in his shade,
While thy eternal posts to Freedom cause the Internet to Shake.
