Muliebrity is womanhood, the female nature, the characteristics of a woman; more abstractly, effeminancy, softness. The word is, via Late Latin muliebritas, from Latin muliebris (womanly), based on mulier (woman).
Its conterpart is virility, from Latin virilis (male), based on vir (man).

We did just that last week. My daughter is a mighty slayer of tiny fish, and it has no effect whatsoever on her muliebrity.
Mine is as well. Our daughters who fish are true mermaids, beauties of the deep.

Paradoxically, women will suffer more if awards go totally gender-free, since men will dominate the meatier roles.
