Himmler was a pussy. If you're speaking in terms of Nazis --something i find to be a bit disturbing-- you'd go for either Otto Skorzeny, Reinhard Heydrich, or Ernst Kaltenbrunner.

Those guys were truly frightening, capable, and ruthless (even by Nazi standards).
