Remove, even forcefully, progressives in government. What they are pushing is anti-constitutional and that immediately disqualifies them from the position. They are committing crimes, and should be criminals.

Increase training requirements for all government jobs.
Eliminate motor vehicle and all personal property registrations.
Firmly reinstate state rights over federal edict.

Reading your list made me realize just how screwed up our country is.
He should encourage the states to meet in an Article V convention to reform our ruling institutions, . . . beginning with repeal of the 17th Amendment.
