I think we have some cherries. Only one of our apple trees survived, so there is no pollinator for the one that’s blooming. Some of the blueberry bushes are blooming, so crossing fingers.
Greetings from west Michigan. It’s been a gorgeous spring. Birds are everywhere. I planted my big lettuce-starting planter at Easter. Sprouting but slow. I keep it covered with a big plexiglas sheet. Picking up bone meal today and will till the garden a second time. Rain for 2 days coming up. Then we’ll put the compost pile on and till a third time in mid May before we plant. My San Marzanos are coming up nicely in the house. Biggest thing - all my 4 pawpaw trees made it through the winter, first time they did not get burlap treatment. They are as tall as me and I am hoping this is the year for fruit finally. Have a great gardening weekend everyone!
