Yeah, you should get sccm it would make your life a little easier.

That’s why I run LTSB. I sacrifice new features for stability and dependable performance.
Any patches will be thoroughly tested before they’re made available for installation.
Security and bug fixes for as long as LTSB is supported.

Even though I waited for update (KB4517245) to download automatically I found it had a bug in it.
Ive tested in two different machines and confirmed that after the feature update to windows 10 version 1909 via enablement package (KB4517245) its no longer possible to copy-paste to the search box present in folders (upper right corner) using the mouse, the right click is completely disabled.
This has to be a windows bug.
So far quite a few other users have run across it also.
For now Ive removed the (KB4517245)
