Last week Trump supporters and leftist social justice warriors met on the political field of battle in Berkeley, California. Words were exchanged, as were punches. And while an alt-right leader was punched in the face, by all accounts even the social justice warriors admit that they got a major beat-down.
This prompted a reddit discussion among the left’s tolerant resistance movement, with many asking how they can more effectively go to war against anyone who disagrees with their social, political, and economic views.
The anti-Trump protesters at the rally were ill-prepared for what they came to Berkeley to confront and now they are trying to figure out ways to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
In short, as predicted, they are turning to militancy and mob action by mobilizing individuals and groups to attend combat training seminars, acquiring better equipment like baseball bats and helmets, and of course, if things really go bad… guns.

Antifa is a terrorist group and should be named as such.
That’s certainly a known issue and it has to be interfering with rolling up Antifa/BAMN. Any Obama/Lynch/Holder embeds will be tipping off the criminals.

Trump and Congress have just begun and are doing real things in real life under the law and constitution.
On the other hand two sets of losers fight like girls (and with girls) to show how pathetic they are.
In their little chat groups some of the antifa are now saying that they need to get guns. They are surprised at the ferocity of the blowback that they are now getting at their riots. At Berkeley their weapons included M80 explosives, police grade flash bang grenades, wine bottles, skate boards and of course heavy U-shaped bike locks swung at the head. They have used knives in the past. Guns won’t be out of the question.
The one thing that they seem to truly fear is getting their identities exposed. They are cowards afraid of being connected to their crimes.

Right, because they plan to get jobs at Google and Facebook after school. Wouldn’t want a social media presence tying them to terrorist activity, or at the least, criminal conspiracy.
What prevents a Reagan-like response to the rioters and their enablers? Replacements do exist for the pro-rioter police.

Well a good deal of these people are a lot older than you may realize, and many of them have careers in teaching and related government jobs. They don’t want to be IDd because they are involved in violent crime.
They have extensive instructions on ‘black bloc’ preparation telling them how to dress, how to coordinate violence (use women up front as decoys/distractions). It’s somewhat well thought out. But it only works if they can wear their masks and this is how you spot politicians who are working with them- they don’t have their police threaten to arrest anyone wearing a mask, like the Auburn Alabama police did when Antifa thought they were going to organize a riot there. No masks allowed, and no violence ensued.
The street cops are not pro-rioter. The Berkeley mayor and his police chief are the ones that have direct and provable links to Antifa/BAMN. They order their force to stand aside.
You’ve got the idea. Cameras and lots of them at every Antifa/BAMN event, especially the ones that they think are private.
And people need to be following and photoing Shanta Driver, Yvette Felarca, Mike Wilson, Mark Airgood and other known leaders of this criminal enterprise. Catch them meeting the politicians and others who are enabling them to get away with their violence.
It seems this thing is going to escalate.

I would unmask them, spray paint them with a unique color on their shirt and photograph them. The color will ID them for the rest of the day, even when they don a new mask.

The Communist Workers Party and the anti-Klan activists clearly antagonized that situation into being. But the KKK/Nazi wannabes didn't HAVE to be there, either.
It was two groups of total losers that day itching for a fight and one way or another it was going to end bad and with bloodshed.
I don't see the present situation resembling that. If anything it's much WORSE. It's not two wacko fringe factions screaming at each other. What is happening now is openly calling for armed confrontation against citizens who otherwise are NOT looking for confrontation, but simply want to live a normal life.
This won't end well either.
