There is an autistic kid in our apts, always at the pool screaming, screaming and screaming, he is a kid but real fat and looks close to 15, 16 and very often will bump up against or just start grabbing people, he is scary...since he has a disability the apts have made clear they cannot and will not do anything to protect the residents from his behaviour. His dad does what he can but that often sets the kid off and he really lets loose with the screams then.

That must be dreadful but the landlords can’t do anything or they could be hauled into court.
What an awful situation.
