Well, that didn't take long. Somebody has already found - and posted on YouTube - what appears to be a short United Airlines training video.
I knew it would come down to this!
A celebrity is blaming President Trump for the incident!

The only thing I read (unconfirmed) was that 3 or the 4 were Asian...the man in question’s wife was one of the 4. I would think that United’s computer would pick at “random” based on ticket price (lowest 1st), and try and keep couples together when picking? Tons of info. here:
