Carbon dating can be stretched to about 50,000 years due to its short half life. The dinosaurs died out 65 million years ago.

Dating is done using a rather large number of isotopes. 200?

Dating is usually performed using more than one isotope to compare estimated ages
Carbon 14 is much more accurate than it used to be due to our ability to measure billionths of something.

And there is claims that they have found C14 in remains.

So either claims about carbon dating are awry or the remains, “dated” by geologic strata which all is rooted in assumptions (guessing), aren’t that old.
