As much as it absolutely pained me to have to listen to Feinstein, it was comical to watch Grouch during this back and forth. Here's a guy, in a room full of absolute morons, except for a very small number(Cruz). Here's a guy that operates on a completely different level, intellectually, than those clowns we call Senators. Not sure who is worse, her for trying to corner him about the 2nd Amendment or Johnson thinking telling an admiral that he fears Guam will tip over. And these are the people that write our laws and control our government.

He was making no attempt to hide his lack of respect for her and the others, because he knows what absolute morons they are. Add to that, what Cruz said today about him being confirmed 10 years ago, with NO objections.

Hope he isn't a plant.

Correction: these are the morons that VOTE on the bills that become our ‘laws’; they sure don’t seem to write, read, comprehend or are beholden to them. (only 1/2 /s)

The Socialist Left won’t let FACTS get in the their of the ideology. Course, I haven’t seen anyone in the (now) majority uphold or defend THEIR ‘morals\ideals’ (especially once the political winds start blowing).

So sorry I missed that.

Tell me, did DiFi offer to enlighten Judge Gorsuch as to what constitutes an ‘assault weapon ‘? That’s really her special gift.

With all of the attacks launched by the left wing recently they look like morons. Which, at this point, seems to be the only logical explanation which fits all the data points. And it’s a tight fit.

Just as the 4th Circuit in upholding Maryland's "assault weapons" ban, Sen Feinstein grasps at Justice Scalia's words:

"It may be objected that if weapons that are most useful in military service—M-16 rifles and the like—may be banned, then the Second Amendment right is completely detached from the prefatory clause."

"M-16 rifles and the like" does not have the same meaning as "rifles like the M-16." It means the same as "M-16 rifles, grenades, rocket launchers, squad machine guns, and the like." The Senator tried to get him to interpret what the common idiom "and the like" means, but he would have none of it. Good for him.

If Justice Scalia had meant "rifles like the M-16," he would have written that. He did not.

Judging by that clip, I’d say we don’t have much to worry about with Gorsuch.
