Thank Jimmy for the Nork Nuke program. He negotiated the entire Nork appeasement program as a private citizen, while Bill was busy with Monica. We were on war footing with NK when Carter realized the power to negotiate treaties was granted in perpetuity, so he stepped in to play Chamberlain.

Bill and all the RINOs were happy to let him do whatever he wanted. That was when I began to realize how pervasive the rot in Washington had grown. They should have all all been tried for dereliction of duty, at a minimum.
