Drill and replace. Thanks, but it would be easier for me to replace the whole assembly. I might do that, if I can't get the Allen screws out.

The worst of the worst to get off are old automotive water pump bolts. The problem is that they become corroded and snap off. Then trying to get access to fix that problem opens a while other can of worms. I've been using PB Blaster for years, not too successfully, but everyone now seems to swear by Kroil. I've got to switch.
