We very rarely eat out any more so this is really a non-issue for us.

That is how 90% of patrons will see it.
The remaining 10% will be 1/2 guys with hot waitresses hoping to get luck and the other 1/2 will be expense-account toting politicians and business executives.
Net result to the worker: lower income.
Forcing the hand of free enterprise NEVER works for those it was designed to help.

Same here. When the NYC area had the $15/hour strike months ago, I have no idea how it went but I suspect a lot of non-white workers stayed home or demonstrated, leaving a lot of non-white customers POed because they eat that crap all the time (literally every day).
