In light of the last several months of revelations and todays, I’d have to cautiously say yes and with much more investigation.

George Washington had spies and spies are necessary, but now they have turned their tools inward – onto and against We, the true soverigns of the US.

Part of obozo’s fundamental transformation if continued under the dreaded hildabest would have started to resemble East Germany circa 1960’s more than the USA.

Congress might request, and receive:
1. A copy of the FISA affidavit.
2. The name of the Agency which requested the affidavit.
3. The name of the person who composed and signed the affidavit.
4. The name of the person (Attorney General for example) who approved the affidavit for submission for a warrant.
5. The name of the FISA judge who approved the warrant.
6. The name(s) of the persons who conducted the surveillance and prepared the transcripts.
So far so good. What could be difficult is to find out who leaked the transcripts. But an Agency internal investigation with lie detector tests might find out.
