The Russian tap Hillary campaign. And Obama Tap the Trump Campaign to find if the Russian were sharing with or working with Trump to tap thet Hillary campaign

So the crime ... the smoking gun. Which campaign was getting this intel?

If Trump was geting intel working eith the Russian to spy on Hillary? ( that's the crime the dem claim they were investigating on Trump)

If Hillary was geting intel working with Obama to spy on Trump? ( in thay happen that the crime)

That the key. The dem can claim it was legal investigation of trump. But any thing gathered had to be kept secret not share with Hillary camp leaked or share for polical reason.
