So if you WANT to play the left game, you turn them into haters of an entire ethnic group, and you brand it racism against slavs, and misogyny against Melania, combined. Also you explain their boycotts of Ivanka's business, Rosie calling Barron autistic etc.
I'm not advocating this ... it is, however, exactly what they would do.
Next you would go out and gather tiny heavily questionable anecdotal instances where lefties could plausibly be accused of expressing this racism, and you weigh your victims such that they are usually women.

No reason our tactics can’t morph over time. In much the same way that they label anyone who opposes immigration as anti-Mexican, we could label anyone who engages in Russian hysteria as anti Slavic.
