McDonald's has a traffic problem and its executives know it. Now they have a plan they think will turn it around.
The company lost more than 500 million customers to close competitors since 2012, Chris Kempczinski, McDonald's USA President told investors gathered in Chicago Wednesday.

Make food that doesn’t taste like cardboard. BLAH. Only thing is that it is fast. That is all it has going for it.
Removing the chip that’s on the shoulder of 99% of their minority employees would be a great start.
Hire people that will actually greet you and treat you half-way decent! That would be a big plus. Somehow Chick-fil-a manages it! I haven’t been there recently as I’m boycotting them, but I’ve had drive-thru people not even look at me as they shove the food out the window. I know the people don’t make very much, but c’mon. The rudeness at McD’s is the worst out of any of them. It’s really ghetto.

They are also going to somehow prove to people what is actually in Chicken McNuggets. They can’t even sell them at 10 cents a piece!
My granddaughter ate there a couple of years ago and was sick for a week . . . she refused to return - kid’s meal or not!
Bring back beef tallow to for the french fries.
I would never step inside a fast food bathroom but you are right...cleanliness should be mandatory throughout the entire facility.
In the 60s it was “plastics”. ;)
