He caused a furor last year when he teased plot details about the sixth season of Game Of Thrones.
And now series star Ian McShane has walloped the hornet's nest once more by dragging up the way the fans reacted to it.
Having spoken publicly about storylines including the return of The Hound, and his own character [Brother Ray], fans went into meltdown at the spolier-esque nature of his words.
But a year on and it still bemuses the former Lovejoy star.

Yep, 1st thing I thought of. lol
I hear it’s like War of the Roses meets Harry Potter.................
Like that's a bad thing.
Ah yes, “Deadwood”. Watched every episode but a little TOO graphic fore my taste. But by the time I realized that I was too far in to stop watching.
Sounds like something Al Swerengen might say.
I watched the first season. Lost interest after they put George Bush’s head on a stick on one scene (they later claimed it was all an accident, after someone noticed).
“Who is Ian McShane?”
Watch “Deadwood.” You’ll NEVER forget Ian McShane.
The first three books were great, but I also liked the next two as well, though they weren’t as good as the first three obviously, with the fourth being the weakest.
I’ve read all five of them twice, but I now no longer care if he ever finishes the series.
I am no longer concerned whether or not Martin dies before he finishes writing.
I am far more concerned that I am going to die before Martin finishes writing.
Also, there are some theories out there that the reason Martin has never finished the books is that he got his little pink panties all in a wad because during the wait for him to finish, fans have figured out his big super secret plot twist involving Snow.
So now he is punishing those fans by not finishing.
That theory holds water for me. Martin is a vindictive bitch democrat, so sounds like something he would do.
I buy the DVDs once they go for a discount at a local store, then I binge watch each season.
I hate just about everything on TV, movies, pure crap.
Game of Thrones is extremely good and I’m having fun watching it. But, I’ve heard that the last season I watched was the first season off the original books....and I can see the potential for this now to go the wrong way. But, so far so good, and the acting is absolutely awesome, great characters. My favorite is the Lannister Midget. Arya is pretty awesome too.
“...just being about ‘t*ts and dragons’.” Some pretty nice ones I might add...
Close! lol... But harry potter was for kids! this one is a little raw at select times, but good special effects for fight scenes and blood. And neither one had Dragons!! They’re the whip!!
In the Link above The male Drogon was a mere Baby... By the end of Season 6 the Blonde was on here way to take back her father country with an army of 100,000 and 3 matured fire breathing Dragons!! It will be EPIC!! If ya start watching now you can be caught up by June 21st when Season 7 starts!!!! lol
I’ve never liked fantasy books or TV/movies with dragons and wizards. I read a few fantasy novels and found them boring...................
bttt... Im waitin for Jamie to hit that big broad!! lol
Lovejoy
Something the little woman and I both liked.
I understand what youre sayin!! In it’s defense I must state that there is really very little fantasy. If the dragon scenes were not as close to perfect as they are, as well as other SE then, believe me I wouldn’t be wasting your time right now. I’ll leave you one more to prove my stance and go back and sit down!! enjoy...

Don’t worry, Season 6 was one of the best. George Martin can keep his unfinished books - we don’t need him anymore.
He was wonderful in “The Pillars of the Earth” as a corrupt bishop.
