I am overwhelmed by it all...
I’d rather drown.
Several years ago my husband and I joined a hunting lease that allows year round access. We keep a small camper there for a very small yearly fee. When things get too stressful, we take a weekend or extended weekend and just get away. It's far enough in the sticks to have very limited cell access, no television reception and we can fish or hike or hunt and just chill out with friends and a few beers. I am grateful to have some place else to be sometimes. I find that when I come back to town nothing much has changed and certainly nothing has changed that I could have prevented.
Don’t let it overwhelm you. When it’s in proper perspective, it’s proof positive of the truth of the Bible and the utter mendacity of the godless left’s propaganda. The god of this age isn’t happy about his reign ending.
No shame in being overwhelmed. Check out for a while. Smell a flower. Enjoy a coffee. Make love to your wife (or your dog, if you have no wife).
Return when you are recharged.
You might need o seek outside help. You just sound really depressed. There is no reason for that. What else is going on in your life that would contribute to such feelings?
