Indeed. I was watching a show on TV a few nights ago about a 601 pound woman. The show focused on helping the woman get out of her situation. A doctor said there is always an enabler, who gives the food. In this case, it was a niece who said if she didn't help her aunt out with the wanted food, the aunt would just find someone else who would give her the junk food. They changed her diet to reduce some weight, did surgery to reduce her stomach size, and she lost several hundred pounds enabling her to go outside on her own for the first time in years. Real sad that people do this to themselves, becoming extremely obese. Mainly psychological problems.
