It isn’t. Besides, it wouldn’t apply as he was entering into a new administration and was already working on the transition. He was not a private citizen he was acting as an agent to an incoming administration.

Barry is just an ex president with an ax to grind.

This was a bad move. He should have told Pence to suck it up and say HE may have misspoke as he and Flynn talked about allot of things and allot of subjects and may or may not have talked specifically about sanctions.

He did nothing wrong. Even if he did tell Russia that Trump planned on dumping the sanctions, they where Bull crap political nonsense anyway.

the problem is that the NSA has intercepts and transition time is a very grey area on what can be said to a world leader and can not...if the general said anything that can be interpreted as under mining the current president before Trump takes office it can be problematic if Trump try’s to use the Logan Act to shut down Clinton or Obama when they start to try and interfere with his foreign policy.
