What should conservatives do in the aftermath of violent protests like this week’s riot at the University of California, Berkeley?
It’s time for self-defense according to commentator Lauren Southern of TheRebel media who issued a call for those who value freedom of speech.
Southern blasted the “violent ideologues from the left” who trashed the Berkeley campus and shut down a planned speech by Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos. These “scum of the earth,” she said, “beat women and sucker-punch innocent, peaceful people” while believing they are acting “for the greater good.”
“It is time to get mad,” the best-selling author declared. “Why is no one fighting back?”

Though conservatives want a “peaceful, decent battle of ideas” the rioters do not want conversation, Southern argued.
While reaching out to law enforcement to do their jobs, “we also need to stand up for ourselves,” she said. “It is time to defend yourself.”
“I do not condone senseless violence. But self-defense is not senseless,” she continued. “we can’t always be the victims.”

Southern concluded by calling on free speech activists to “figure something out.”
“We need to figure out how to stand up for ourselves,” she said. “While we should never start the fight we should always end it.”

Adults get concealed carry permits.
Not in Berkeley. If you as a conservative are not prepared to take your licks passively don’t show up there. You’ll get years behind bars and the left will successfully portray you as the aggressor.

The elite provoking these riots know this....they want America in a civil war so they can take over. Destroying the USA is what the globalist need....they can no longer do it from inside the government, this is their next option after that they will try destroying the economy.
The real solution is to avoid most urban areas, esp. ones in blue states.
If you have to go there, maintain situational awareness - stay the hell away from these people.
Face it, the cops won’t help you, and the courts in the blue areas will crucify you.
The right will not defend itself until it must. They want ideas to win and keep politics free from violence until they can not. The point when the right must defend itself it will not be a fight or riots, it will be war....this is why they keep it civil until the can not.

The exact advice I gave my sister who lives and works in the Bay area- Maintain a low profile and have a plan to leave. There is no one there in an official capacity willing to back you up.

Before getting into armed confrontations with marxist terrorists, we need to remember that we’re the ones whose representatives control most of the executive power in the country, and we must do our best to prod them into using it. Right now President Trump is using that power, as in the indictment of over 200 of the DC terrorists and the ongoing crackdown on illegal aliens.
President Lincoln passively resisted the secessionists until they gave him a cause of war by firing on Fort Sumter. Then, having enough public support, he unleashed the full power of the Federal Government on the Confederacy, and we all know how that came out. I, for one, am willing to be patient with President Trump, bide my time, and wait until the DemonCraps try a Fort Sumter. Then President Trump, who’s just waiting for the chance, will do a Lincoln on them.
