Getting ready to move our potted figs and pomegranate from the basement where they have spent the winter to the deck where they will spend the summer. Going to be cool here in Central Kentucky the next couple of days, but the long range forecast looks promising. The figs have already put out some new leaves so they should be ready.

I was looking at my Granny’s bible the other day, and noticed that I had ancestors who came to Missouri from Kentucky. Just think, if they had stayed put, I might be getting ready to put stuff out too.

I won’t be doing much till April 1. That’s when the potatoes get planted.
