I agree. Trump is winning and Gorsuch is a winner who wishes to pray with Trump and Pence and Mrs. Scalia. All the stress of what a person says, according to secondary sources, is empty stress and a waste of time.

He can, there is nothing that limits scotus to 9 justices.
Doesnt mean that when liberal justices die that he has to replace them either.
