After much anticipation and speculation, pop mega-star Lady Gagas Super Bowl LI halftime show performance was largely devoid of partisan politics much to the chagrin of myriad liberal media and entertainment reporters.
Journalists from some of the countrys biggest news outlets raked the Bad Romance singer over the coals for failing to bash President Donald Trumps immigration and national security policies, specifically his controversial refugee moratorium.
Below is a roundup of some of the most disappointed reactions from a liberal media upset that Lady Gaga delivered a non-political Super Bowl performance clearly intended to entertain all Americans.
1. Los Angeles Times: Lady Gaga misses her Super Bowl moment to say something profound
(Excerpt) Read more at breitbart.com ...
She was in Houston Texas FGS. She didn’t want to be booed off the stage which is exactly what would have happened if she had said one political word
I CALLED IT!
Right after she finished
What do I win?
Thank you Gaga ...don’t let the left diminish you.. you did an awesome job! you will be remembered along side this fantastic historical Super Bowl game with fond memories...I still remember Whitney singing the most unforgettable Star-Spangled Banner rendition .... appreciative minds never forget ....MAGA!
Many of The Deplorables will no longer pay for or support the careers of the Leftists in Hollyweird or in the music industry. Who wants to support the enemies of freedom and the enemies of our nation and those who hate us?
Never heard a song by her and hopefully never will.
That’s too bad, she is very talented. As far as the never will, well, I hope you do not sound like a leftist that thinks someones political view is more important than what they are or what they do.
“Never heard a song by her and hopefully never will.”
Trust me, you’ve heard Poker Face.
You just didn’t link it with her.
That song is all over TV and movies.

I had never watched or really listened to her before this but did and at least didn’t find anything objectionable. This kind of performance is much too hyperactive for me, however.
She's classically trained. I had read a bio on her a few years back. Began playing piano at 4, got trained on classical piano, writing piano ballads at 13, performed lead acting roles and singing in school, studied method acting and did acting gigs including a TV role. All before hitting it big as a rock singer. No flash in a pan.
... she said it ...
... she said "one nation under God!"
She is one of the few pop stars that does not use Autotune.
She did the right thing. “Shut up and sing!”
Plus she is talented and had a great show. I’m not a fan of hers but enjoyed what I did see.
Nope, never heard it.
She did great, and while I had heard of her, I had never heard her music or seen her perform. She is talented! I was prepared to be ticked off and I was entertained, and yes, she did express her politics, but it wasn’t in your face, it was respectful. I thought she looked great, her outfits were appropriate for her performance and she rocked it.
I am not a Lady Gaga fan, But I thought the show was good and I really appreciated the omission of the political crap.
She was entertaining.
Good.
Let the left devour the left for not being left enough.
The dialectic can be a biiiiiitch.
I heard she is a big Patsy Cline fan, and was going to do some
covers of her music. I wonder if that is what that is referring to.
Hint...the new Robert De Niro movie, “The Comedian” has bombed miserably...a total box office failure!!! Lady GaGa had a real rough time climbing the ladder to success. She is smart enough to realize that you never bite the hand that feeds you!!! By the way, Lady GaGa...terrific show you put forth last evening!!! America is proud of you...sister!!!
First time seeing her act. Pretty good, reminded me a little of Terry Bozzio from Missing Persons.
I was impressed by that as well. Never thought these words would go forth from my mouth, but I liked Lady Gaga's performance. I thought it was one of the best half-time shows ever. I did catch the odd veiled liberal issue reference here and there (primarily in the song "Born that Way"), but considering what we could have gotten I was very impressed.
As others have mentioned, I also immediately noticed that she wasn't lip syncing and that she has an excellent voice. I'm so tired of the manufactured pop stars that can't even carry a simple tune outside the studio without technological trickery.
