President Trump is sticking with his argument that millions of illegal immigrants voted in the 2016 presidential election, amid calls for him to provide proof and questions about whether he’ll indeed have an official probe into the issue.
“Many people have come out and said I am right,” Trump said in an interview with Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly to be aired Sunday before the NFL Super Bowl.

Trump also said in the Fox interview that he has "respect" for Russian President Vladimir Putin, but that respect does not mean they'll get along.
"I say it’s better to get along with Russia than not,” he said. “And if Russia helps us in the fight against ISIS, which is a major fight, and Islamic terrorism all over the world -- that’s a good thing. … Will I get along with him? I have no idea."
Pressed about Putin's history of violence, Trump said: "There are a lot of killers. We’ve got a lot of killers. What do you think? Our country’s so innocent?

It was an inexcusable statement from a POTUS. It was an inept, unnecessary comment and as damaging as Obama’s apology for America tours.

I took special notice of that, too. Then I remembered a segment of “Hillary’s America” movie explaining what America (the DEMOCRAT party) did to the American Indians. It was awful.

If Trump is referring to that, then he does have a point.

So it’s a cringe-moment for Trump-supporters...please don’t wuss out on us now. There’s already too many milksops up in Washington (and our State/local legislative bodies). We need all the hardened patriots we can get. People say stupid things all the time. Even thinking about “sitting out” next election makes me question your sanity much more than Trumps. Take a deep breath, step away from FR for a day or two, don’t read people’s ugly replies to you (as there will be many), and simply pick up where you left off.

totally agree that Trump’s actions have been great so far. But I’d sure like someone to explain what Trump meant.

not a single poster — not ONE — has been able to dislodge the interpretation that Trump was making a moral equivalence between political killings in Russia of any decade from 1917 onward and political killings in the USA.
