We’re totally debt free in a 2700sf house with a 1000sf woodshop, living in a small town in the Rocky Mountains.
Please explain to me why living in the Bay Area or LA (been there, done that) with those residents would be a better experience. You’ll have to use monosyllabic words; we’re not very smart.
Good question. Sometimes these big city coastal liberals talk of how they have great Thai restaurants, world class museums, farm to table restaurants, allegedly authentic Chinese restaurants, the performing arts, live theater, famous universities, coffee places which are superior to Starbucks for unknown reasons, progressive policies on zoning or public transportation, as reasons why their places are so superior to middle America.
I’m sure there are other reasons which they can conjure up too.
