Donald Trump is a one-man basket of deplorables. He is a braggart and a liar. He is a bully and a demagogue. He is an ignoramus and a deadbeat, a chiseler and either a sincere racist or an insincere one, and his love for himself is matched only by my loathing of him. He is about to be president of the United States. A constitutional coup may be in the offing.
Since winning the election, Trump has not moderated his behavior. He still behaves like a brat — his childish tweet zinging Arnold Schwarzenegger for failing to get Trumpian ratings on “The New Celebrity Apprentice” being the most amusing example. Many of the others were just plain lies, the most serious being his earlier troubling statements regarding Russian efforts to affect the election. As always, Trump made this about himself — not, as it should be, about a foreign power meddling in our democracy.

How to remove Trump from office:
1.) Register to vote
2.) Wait until November, 2024
3.) Vote for someone else
Sadly, all this was regurgitate at me during a recent lunch with a (I suppose, now former) friend. She expressed the wish that Trump is thrown out quickly. I expressed the wish that he succeed and we get a factory on every corner so my son can get a job. That should have put the conversation into the land of ridiculous and allowed us to move on ... but, nope, it deteriorated from there. Alas, this thinking is not isolated at all.

Oh, lots of luck trying to use the 25th Amendment to remove Trump. They have yet to understand that removing a sitting President is a political act, not a legal one.
The reason Clinton and and Obama were not removed from office was because they still had popular support.
The media was able to demonize Nixon, and without (the appearance) of popular support they were able to first remove Agnew, and then Nixon.
As long as Trump follows through on most of his campaign promises, he will retain the support of those in fly over country and the left will not be able to do anything about it.
That is except have fantasies on how they could remove Trump from office.
Thought his meds had helped him. I guess not. So sorry to see his relapse. It will be a tough 8 years for him.
