Einstein himself refused to be cowed by the scientific priesthood of his day. He gave himself permission to explore the mysteries of our universe, and thus came up with paradigm shifting solutions that are now revered as Truth by physicists the world over.
But, if he were still alive and active, he'd be leading the quest to find exceptions in his theory of general relativity.
Will Smith we need you. Please report to InterGalactic customs.
Young researchers are cowed by their elders into toeing the line of accepted paradigms, and to spend their careers, not in fruitful exploration of better answers, but in reinforcing leaden dogma and concepts that fail to truly break new ground in our understanding of the universe.
Excellent description.
Science progresses one funeral at a time. -Max Planck-
That craft is not from our solar system.
Looks like a vintage 1952 Volkan Sundance. I’m pretty surprised it flew to Chile in the southern hemisphere in January, since it is a cold weather vessel.
There could be an intelligent civilization in each star system for all we know......Where is it in ours?
Not just UFO’s.
I rarely share with people the details of the actual miracles that have taken place in my life, but I was sharing one with my new pastor in KY a few years ago. The amazing thing about it was that both of us were reticent to share the details of our miracles, but mine prompted him to share his, and just as mine had a really weird and hard to explain twist, his had the same twist. But I was able to understand exactly what he was talking about because we both had the same experience.
There is an amazing amount of genuine answered prayer out there. Problem is that it only speaks to those to whom it actually happened and those who have experienced the same thing.
So what you are saying is that technology to bend the time space continuum, using purported materials such as stored anti matter, will allow biological entities to travel unfathomable distances then time travel back to their origin perhaps a second after they leave with all sorts of wonderful experiences. Do you have any idea how many “theoretical” physical equations are postulated and cannot be proved or are proved wrong with actual experiments? Still all progress begins with imagination.
spooky action at a distance.
“Your scientists have yet to discover how neural networks create self-consciousness, let alone how the human brain processes two-dimensional retinal images into the three-dimensional phenomenon known as perception, yet you somehow brazenly declare seeing is believing? Mr. Crikenson, your scientific illiteracy makes me shudder...”
Space folding is real, as evident around any large planet or sun. We don't have the technology to fold space, but it is a real phenomenon and perhaps other more advanced civilization have figured out the mechanism. After all, we utilize the electro-magnetic force on a daily basis, and that's pretty weird when you think about it; converting electricity to magnetic force at a 90° angle (i.e. a transformer).
Scientists have demonstrated quantum entanglement; the capability of instantaneous action between particles separated in space. No delay. No "connection", at least in our standard dimensions; except somehow the two particles are connected over a distance. This hints at more subtile dimensions of connectedness in the universe. It's a level we're just beginning to understand.
It’s all fun and games until the probing starts.
I believe what I am saying is that someone worked out the math to do faster than light travel, yet not violate Einstein's general relativity. If that was lurking in the equations, who knows what else might be in there?
“someone has to prove Einstein to be wrong.”
See: James Clark Maxwell (1831-1879) - who postulated that distance does not really exist (one of the 194 field equations thrown out by Heaviside); the remaining four equations Heaviside converted to vector equations and so gave us all we know of the electromagnetic spectrum - without Maxwell, Einstein would have remained obscure and Tesla would never have invented alternating current.
Eye floater? Firefly?
We were camped on top of a mountain above a very remote, and little visited, valley at 8,500 feet just north of Death Valley National Park. There is only one rugged jeep road into the area and there were no other tire tracks in the soft dirt on the road. From our camp we could look out over the valley and the road and if anyone else were to drive into the area we would have seen them.
I have been to the canyon where I saw the UFO and it is very steep, with a 1,000 foot drop, there is no way anyone without climbing equipment, ropes, etc., could get into it. And I doubt anyone would, especially at night, as the granite is very crumbly there.
I know what an eye floater looks like and there are no fireflys in the Death Valley region.
Thank you! I searched my memory for that famous quote, but couldn't remember the exact wording, or who said it.
Much appreciated.
There isn’t one quantum physics. There is a separate version of quantum physics tailored to explain at least half a dozen different problems. Their proponents are at odds as to which is the one true version of reality.
Nobody commented on your post so let me just say, Wow!
Lots of people would not share something like that for fear of what others would think. So, thanks. Very interesting.
