In many cities where there are multiple hospitals, one is usually the trauma center and the other is more of a community hospital. It has to do with funding from the state and Feds.
I work in the community hospital. We have people showing up with chest pains every day. We stabilize the, and send them out to the guys down the street.

I’ve had an angiogram, it was a very straightforward and painless procedure. Was out of the hospital the next day.
