An Orange County daredevil famous on YouTube for jumping off buildings and landmarks was placed under investigation by police after reportedly jumping from a Laguna Beach hotel last week and injuring himself. Anthony Booth Armer, 28, of Laguna Niguel was hospitalized after injuring his feet when a stunt went awry at the Pacific Edge Hotel.

The video also shows photos of the injuries Armer sustained in the late-night incident. He posted another video Tuesday of hospital technicians pulling bandages from his feet.
The Laguna Beach Police Department was notified of the incident after a hotel manager called Thursday, Sgt. Tim Kleiser said.
The manager saw on surveillance footage from the previous night that someone was trespassing on hotel property around 8:20 p.m., Kleiser said. Employees apparently came across Armer.

I was kind of hoping it was a head first attempt. That way he wouldn’t have hurt anything important.

Doing something dangerous for a reason is...reasonable. Doing it just to show you are willing to do something dangerous is stupid.
