The policy of South Korean President Moon Jae-in could probably help explain the nations lack of preparation for possible warfare on the Korean Peninsula, according to the expert.
“They [the South Korean government] are trying to convince the public nothing is going to happen. Just relax and stay happy. Were not going to be prepared for anything because thats not going to take place on the Korean Peninsula. The president said theres not going to be any more war on the Korean Peninsula. Thats the message the government is trying to convey,” he said.
