How could a massive fire go unnoticed for three weeks or even 3 hours for that matter? While a massive ship, a massive fire would emit incredible amounts of smoke along with incredible amounts of heat. Yet no one noticed?

Besides that, survivors would have said something about that back when they were rescued. At least one would imagine that to be the case.

Seems to me that the Telegraph bought a fake sensational story that, as usual, they didn't fact check at all.
