Not to sound repetitive: “repeal without replace” works here too.I'm going to claim ignorance on how we got into this octopus network of internationalists to begin with. Did the US have to ratify the UN charter by vote of Congress and then again vote to accept membership? IOW, what would it take to withdraw membership? Executive action or legislation?
