Two men were arrested after a man was stabbed to death inside of a Hayward Target on Christmas Eve, according to police.

According to family members 36-year-old Tyrone Griffin is the man who was stabbed to death at a Hayward target on Christmas Eve.

As to the circumstances on what happened, family members tell KRON4 Griffin was with his two kids and asked two people to turn their music down because the lyrics weren’t appropriate for his 4-year-old and 5-year-old sons.

I certainly support the Constitution but there are times when I believe that cruel and unusual punishment are appropriate.
Besides, I don’t believe it is cruel and unusual to do to the thugs what they did to this innocent man. I believe it is cruel and unusual to the innocent family to prolong the punishment.
As a black American father of a four year old myself, this hits pretty hard. I’ve done everything in my power to shield my son’s ears from the n-word and the filthy crappy rap “music” in which it is literally spewed in every line. Yeah, I would not appreciate my efforts being thwarted by some ignorant twats as I’m just trying to gather necessities at my local Target.
We face this kind of crap in the Bay Area all the time. Young black people assaulting civil decency on the sidewalks, on trains and buses, even in stores in this case, while the good white liberals just try to look the other way and turn the volume up in their iPhone earbuds, and everyone else just grins and bears it quietly.
I could’ve easily been that guy, saying something. I hope the perp’s get buried under the jail.

It’s California, so I don’t know about “speedy,” but there’s a good chance they’ll be LWOP in a pretty nasty, overcrowded place.
Worse than death penalty, in my opinion.
