Yup. Huge demographic changes in the East Bay over the last few decades. Those areas used to be primarily white, and stable. Now getting their share of black and latino gangs, with lots of crime. Same thing happening to other towns in the north bay, in Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Vallejo, Fairfield, etc., getting hit with their share of racial unrest. They used to be safe white towns.
Not possible in most areas along the coastal counties (where the libs control politics). For example, in San Francisco only a handful of people were issued CC permits, perhaps 5. One of them was Sen. Dianne Feinstein (one of the privileged few). She is anti-gun, and it looked bad so she may have given it up recently (because she has bodyguards). Only certain big-shots get them.
It is also true that Progressive Socialist Leftist propaganda is a very significant cause for gullible young Blacks to develop an attitude and cultural sources that are very destructive to their social skills and training.
The leftist scum in America teach young Blacks to get into trouble, and a lot of the Leftist scum are White.
Even supposedly "Christian" "Black Liberation Theology" teaches racial hatred and anti civil behavior.
Is that all it takes to set these feral animals off? Maybe they turn 14 and go straight to prison, save a few lives along the way.

We keep airplanes at the Hawyard airport and the area outside of the airport makes me quite uncomfortable. Seems like the Bay area is either too expensive or too dangerous.

The peer pressure for him must be very high to conform in a way that you, as an adult, would find extremely objectionable.

Even if that is their sentence in CA it is rarely carried out. I think the prop to expedite executions passed but I doubt if it happens.
It’s not just the BLM crowd that’s plays that filth loud enough for people three blocks away to hear it. But they all have the same mentality.

Yup, that about sums it up. Increasingly less and less of a middle. I live in a pretty quiet ‘burb just outside the city and there are still plenty of people here who literally don’t even lock their doors. But the town is full of 1000 sq. ft. 1950’s tract houses that sell for close to a million each.
I dunno, we’ll see, he’s only four. But he comes from family on both sides of black men, grandfathers, uncles, cousins, etc., who do not conform to those stereotypes. I certainly don’t plan on tolerating any crap, and he’ll certainly have plenty of counter-examples close by to look to for models.
At school, I’m hoping that he judges people not by race, but by the content of their character, and I’m sending him to schools that seem to be generally populated by kids who come from good families of a variety of racial backgrounds.
I think he’ll be fine.
