The military bands can all play plenty of suitable music for some of the events. I know it won’t satisfy the types who have to have alleged “A-list” famous names but the military bands can provide a lot, with patriotism, class, and style.
Absolutely unbeatable performance of the inauguration:
Get the chick on SNL who impersonates Hillary to show up and sing (or lip-sync) to “It’s My Party and I’ll Cry If I Want To”. Absolute show-stopper material.
Good move. That would have the added benefit of freezing out pretend cowboy Garth Brooks.

The Marine Corps Band plays Ruffles and Flourishes and Hail to the Chief as the president enters each of the numerous Inaugural balls. They’re on the move all night long. That’s their job on Inauguration night. During the day they are the sitting band at the Inauguration ceremony and also headline the Inaugural parade. They basically put in a 20 hour day from start to finish.
