Nicknames often portray at least s slight amount of respect. Completely ignoring him would be far better. Never mention his name, his legacy, his policies. Refer to Obamacare under it’s correct term. Abominablecare.

I agree. Trump serves up red meat when it's the right play, but Obama is a special case and probably the smart move is to take the high road and ignore him. Calling him names will only enrage the left and leave Trump accused of racism. Better to yawn, treat Obama as inconsequential, and if engagement must be undertaken, attack his underlings viscously. Pick a target and make him the focal point of it all but not Obama.

But then again, I have 0% chance of ever getting elected President and Trump did so he'll take his own counsel on this!
