I probably didn't word it well. I just meant not being able to post pictures from you personal files or cell phones was a bit more controlled.
The more I think about it, there are so many ways to get around that now, it may be archaic.
I understand now. Just think of the storage that would be required to save people's funny pictures.
It's so much more efficient to be a text-only Constitutional discussion archive.
