That’s a new one. There is no evidence of that. He is delegating Nat security briefings to Pence 6 days a week. Trump is a big picture guy. Micromanager don’t become billionaires.

Trump is NOT a micro-manager. He believes in selecting the best person to accomplish the mission. He decides the mission, but his history shows that he expects those who work for him to accomplish the goal.
I don’t think Trump is a liar, therefore, it is safe to assume that he is going to drastically change the way our nation conducts business around the world. He has picked a very serious and accomplished negotiator who has a far better education in how the world works than anyone at the State Department. Trump has become successful because he does not subscribe to group-think. He sees possibilities where others see walls.
I expect that the Deputy Secretary selection will be the one who tries to clean up the mess at Foggy Bottom.
