Trump is a micromanager.Everything will get done how Trump wants it done. He’ll get done what needs to be done to Make America Great Again like getting the USA out of the Paris climate deal.
Trump is NOT a micro-manager. He believes in selecting the best person to accomplish the mission. He decides the mission, but his history shows that he expects those who work for him to accomplish the goal.
I don’t think Trump is a liar, therefore, it is safe to assume that he is going to drastically change the way our nation conducts business around the world. He has picked a very serious and accomplished negotiator who has a far better education in how the world works than anyone at the State Department. Trump has become successful because he does not subscribe to group-think. He sees possibilities where others see walls.
I expect that the Deputy Secretary selection will be the one who tries to clean up the mess at Foggy Bottom.
