I’m surprised the WAPO would publish this drivel.
I guess they’ve thrown in the towel completely, and are writing down to the level of most of their remaining readers.
They have to fill the pages, but this is just marginal confessions of no real variety.
I might as well write into WaPo and confess that when Crystal Pepsi went away in 1993...I kinda lost my drive to excel and my ambitions to be a Yankee Third Basemen went away. Note, Crystal Pepsi was only around for roughly twelve months, so it was a hard thing for me to accept as they dropped production. It’s just never been the same.
