Recount is done. His order is dissolved.
Uncovering too much democrat fraud.

Now she has to worry about paying the bills. Right now she is very short on money raised.. $7.3 million...she has already spent $5 million in WI...plus another $1.5 million on filling fees in MI and PA.. that doesn’t leave any money left to pay the $1000.00 per hour lawyers.

6th circuit is done with her. They have basically said that the decision to recount is up to the state courts. Goldsmith even wrote in his opinion tonight that she has not proven anything concerning fraud or tampering with the election.
She will have to appeal to Michigan Supreme Court.
Which is code for ..... SHE IS FINISHED! lol
They won’t nor will the SCOTUS. The judge’s ruling is unimpeachable and legally sound.

The state Supreme Court has not even issued a ruling... doubtful the USSC will take her case.

wow! I didn’t think that they would do the cheating by voting for people who did not show up if there were any Republican poll watchers there. I guess they were so accustomed to doing it that they just carried on. It’s a big problem, but getting exposed now.
I want all 306 electoral votes.
I firmly believe there will be a handful of faithless electors. GOPe and nevertrumpers are in the mix.
I’ve even wondered if Trump has strung Romney along just to keep the nevertrump contingent within the electoral college from getting pressure for the Kasich, Romney, McMuffin cabal. Note he still hasn’t named a Secretary of State.

They didn’t suspend due to the MI SC... they suspended the action of their ruling due to not wanting to be in contempt of the federal court order that started the recounts. As soon as the restraining order was removed, their ruling went into effect.
But have no doubt..their ruling is what stopped the recount.
Now Stein has appealed to the MI SC, but the recount will not start again unless they order it. And the chances of them ordering it to begin again are almost zero at this point.
