Recount is done. His order is dissolved.
Stein will be appealing that the second the Court of Appeals office opens in the morning, if not filing an emergency appeal overnight
Abeyance means suspended.
The recount is over for sure. The only way it could start again is if the state SC rules in her favor on appeal.
I LOVE ME SOME DENZEL WASHINGTON!
The man is a national treasure.
She’s toast in Pennsylvania also. The judge that denied her today is a big liberal activist.
Actually, thanks to Stein's lucrative crusade, we've learned that one method of cheating that the Democrats employ is to feed ballots into the voting machines multiple times as they did in Detroit.
Maybe we should count the votes again...
I think this probably touched off a Cankles 3 day violent drunken bender, no?
I would love to see Trump go on through with his threats to recount California and others.
Ha!
I’ve been thinking what a Soap Opera this has been.
Now it seems just like the season of Dallas that was a dream LOL!
Is anyone going to follow up on the fraud or are we going to just hope we somehow win again in 2020? The only reason Trump won was because he had the election in a landslide, anything less would have been defeated by fraud.
After the election there should be an audit followed by some jail time for whoever sealed the ballets Nov 8th that don’t add up.
They'd have to draw a lucky panel and skip en banc, or else it's all down to Kennedy.
My husband and I still use that quote but we can ever match the way she delivered it!
While Stein is a loon, she has done us a service of revealing the Dem big city method of fraud. I always knew.these claims of 90% + turnout were BS. If you normalize Detroit’s turnout to the average of the rest of the state, Trump has a 45k vote lead.
MI Supremes probably won’t even take the case. Stein is actually calling for a complete audit of the MI voting system based on fraud that she says cannot be proven. She’s tryinv to abuse the MI recount law to accomplish this. I don’t see the MI supremes allowing that.
Another thing htat has changed since yesterday is the election commission is no longer deadlocked 2-2. They voted 3-1 to stop the count today from what I read.
If USSC takes it as an emergency due to timeliness it will likely split 4-4 and the judges order will then stand. Sometimes an evenly divided USSC is a good thing. The left was trying to use it to get lots of lower court orders allowed to stand and to bring their dirigiste measures to the country one District at a time that way.
I'm almost certain that this is not true. The Federal judge made no attempt to rule on the merits of the recount petition. His order was simply to ignore the Michigan mandated waiting period and to continue the recount until he lifted his recount order.
He has now lifted his recount order, but without ruling on the original merits.
Any review of the Michigan Court of Appeals would proceed to the Michigan Supreme Court and then to the Federal system.
Jill Stein may end up exposing one of the main ways that I have been worried about voter fraud for a long time, voting again and again by Dem elections judges in precincts where there are no Republican judges usually because they are reluctant to go into those neighborhoods.
When Philadelphia reported before many less urban areas, I thought that there must have been republican election judges or poll watchers eliminating one of the favorite ways to cheat. They may as well report when the polls closed if they couldn't wait to find out how many additional votes they needed to win. MAGA
that /s was truly dramatic
Clinton had to get all 3 [MI, WI, PA] to win.
Trump needed to hold onto just one of those.
Then, there are now some rumblings in other states — FL, for example.
Except for today when she was on with Cavuto.
