It was a GIGANTIC ingredient and counts far MORE than stupid MSG, which has NO flavor at all and was introduced in the mid 20th century as a food enhancer and preservative.

And I always have a bottle of pure maple syrup from Vermont! I swearI am not a liberal! Just love that flavor. It is an Americana flavor IMHO.
