Trump isn’t going to force companies to stay in the U.S., he is simply going to tariff the goods when they come back in. If they leave, they will be uncompetitive and go out of business.

Trump won’t build a one-time stimulus into the recurring budget like Obama did. Trump will be reducing the budget even as he spends a stimulus plan on infrastructure.
