Trump isn’t going to force companies to stay in the U.S., he is simply going to tariff the goods when they come back in. If they leave, they will be uncompetitive and go out of business.

Trump was talking about rebuilding the infrastructure throughout the campaign. It’s no surprise he wants a stimulus plan. But I expect big differences in the way it’s executed. Trump isn’t going to give the money to bundlers, because he doesn’t really have any. Trump knows how to contract and measure results. It won’t be wasted. Trump won’t build a one-time stimulus into the recurring budget like Obama did. Trump will be reducing the budget even as he spends a stimulus plan on infrastructure.
There are fifty state educational bureaucracies that love Common Core, until something worse comes along. If Common Core is removed on the Federal level, they will just roll it out under another name.
