What must it have been like for a boy growing up & being known from childhood as “the Beaver”?
Middle school must have been really fun.
“Hey, everybody, here comes DA BEAVER!!! Nice beaver!!!”
My high school in Scottsdale AZ had the beaver as its mascot. Sometime in the past 25 years it was torn down in favor of taxable development on the site. I suspect if it was still in existence its mascot would have been replaced.
